• Staff Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating production teams.

• Production Operations: Monitoring production lines, ensuring adherence to quality specs, and troubleshooting immediate issues.

• Safety & Quality: Enforcing food safety protocols (HACCP/GMP), quality standards, and workplace safety.

• Process Improvement: Recommending ways to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and implement new technologies.

• Coordination: Liaising with other departments like Quality Control, Shipping, and Maintenance.

• Reporting: Maintaining production records and key performance data.
