Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and evaluating maintenance staff.

• Task Management: Planning and delegating preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance work.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all health, safety (OSHA), and company regulations.

• Budgeting: Managing maintenance costs, expenses, and ordering spare parts.

• System Oversight: Monitoring building systems, HVAC, and grounds maintenance.

• Coordination: Working with other departments (like production) to prioritize tasks and minimize downtime.
